Melissa Riley, Accredited Clinical Pharmacist / SEMPHN Service Co-ordinator Aged Care

Melissa has been involved in aged care and home visits on the Mornington Peninsula for more than 20 years. Melissa is passionate about ensuring medication safety, minimising risk of medication related harm and unwanted hospital admissions.

Melissa also works in the Aged Care team at SEMPHN as a Service Co-ordinator.
