Who we are

The Australian Government created PHNs in 2015 to drive primary health care reform and to improve management of federal health funding.

We are a new organisation that was created to improve the primary health care system in eastern and north eastern Melbourne. There are 31 primary health networks or PHNs across Australia.

Please see the links in this section for more information about our organisation, Board, advisory groups and organisational structure. Contact us for more information via the Contact page.
