Bite-sized Learning: Get your reception team ready for MyMedicare conversations!

EMPHN on behalf of SEMPHN invites all primary health reception staff members to their online webinar to help explain the MyMedicare initiative. This webinar will equip reception staff with the knowledge and confidence to answer patient questions about MyMedicare and gain a better understanding of the program.

Why?

It's a good idea to prepare your reception team for incoming questions ahead of the MyMedicare national consumer campaign starting in July 2024.

Reception staff play a critical role in any practice. They are the face of the clinic and are often the first point of contact. It is therefore important they understand the MyMedicare initiative and feel confident explaining it to patients, and can encourage registration.
