Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Network (EMPHN) invites you to a tender briefing for the provision of Mental Health Stepped Care Service – Outer East.
About the Mental Health Stepped Care Model
Stepped care is defined as an evidence-based, staged system comprising a hierarchy of interventions, from the least to the most intensive, matched to the individual’s needs. The model is most effective when service providers are integrated and connected.
EMPHN has implemented the Mental Health Stepped Care Model across the catchment in three tranches, defined by geographical boundaries. Find out more about the development of the model.
The briefing will provide details on the components of the Mental Health Stepped Care Model, the scope of the tender, the role of EMPHN's referral and access team, RFT timelines and submission process, evaluation criteria and pricing schedule.
