Providers are invited to respond to a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the provision of consultancy services to develop an integrated aboriginal community service plan for the northeast metro Melbourne region.
EMPHN is requesting a consultant to develop an integrated Aboriginal Community service plan for the north eastern region of the Eastern Melbourne PHN catchment. The region specifically includes the local government areas of Banyule, Nillumbik, Whittlesea, Mitchell and Murrindindi.
The plan will be based on the principles of self-determination, community values and community expectations. A steering group of Aboriginal Community members and representatives from Aboriginal Community organisations will need to be engaged to lead the development of the plan. Demonstrated relationships with Aboriginal Communities and Aboriginal Community organisations in the region or demonstrated engagement and collaboration with Aboriginal Communities will be required.
Up to $75,000 (excluding GST) is available for this tender.
