EMPHN is seeking responses from tenderers to deliver Phase 3 of our Mental Health Stepped Care Model.
We are seeking responses from suitably qualified providers to deliver a whole of model response integrated with general practice for the entire inner-east area (local government areas of Boroondara, Whitehorse, Manningham and Monash) for service delivery planned to start on 14 January 2019.
