Provider Connect Australia™ (also known as PCATM) is a free initiative of the Australian Digital Health Agency.

Provider Connect AustraliaTM is a single place to update your business information that reduces information duplication and streamlines notifications. Once you’ve registered, your data can then be shared with your business partners such as government bodies, funders, health service directories, communications services, and other key partners in healthcare service delivery.

The majority of healthcare providers currently signed up with Provider Connect Australia™ are from general practice, community pharmacy. This reflects the initial focus of the rollout (March June 2023) which was intended to support vaccine providers during the winter season.

The Australian Digital Health Agency (ADHA) is now focusing on digitally connecting the entire health sector and increasing the number of business partners with whom this information can be shared with. Just recently, the Australian Podiatry Association became a business partner. They are the first allied health group to come on board with Provider Connect Australia™.

In the coming months, the ADHA anticipate more and more healthcare organisations to join as they continue extending the connection to government programs, pathology and radiology services, hospital networks, health service directories, secure messaging providers, insurers and more.
