You’re invited to have your say in EMPHN’s Annual Needs Survey by completing one of two surveys:
The survey will take around 12 minutes to complete. Completed surveys go into the draw to win a FitBit Charge 2.
Survey findings will help shape how we direct our resources to improve the health of our community and support development in the primary healthcare sector. We hope to gain a greater understanding of:
- Primary care providers in our catchment and their work environment
- Opportunities for capacity building and integration across services
- General practice and allied health practitioner experience of EMPHN support activities
- Feedback on EMPHN's performance
Our findings from last year informed activities including succession planning for general practice, approaches to co-design and commissioning, and business development workshops among others.
