EMPHN are pleased to announce that we are conducting our first GP engagement survey since 2019. Given the unique circumstances presented by the pandemic, we are eager to reconnect with GPs, practice managers and practice nurses and gain insight into your experiences over the past few years.
Your participation in this survey is crucial to understanding your experience with our support and services. Your feedback will provide us with valuable insights that will help us improve our services and better meet your needs in the future.
The survey will focus on your experience with our support and services, as well as what it is like to practice in our catchment. It will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.
