Improving access to high quality primary health care for all aged care residents in our community.

EMPHN aims to improve access to high quality primary health care for all aged care residents in our community.

We take the health, social and functional needs of our community into consideration in all our aged care programs and services, from program planning and design through to the commissioning process.

Aged Care Reforms

These are home care, residential aged care services and sustainability, residential aged care quality and safety, workforce, and governance.

The reforms will build a sustainable and consumer-driven system for our rapidly ageing population delivering more choice, easier access and better care.

EMPHN has been funded to deliver across five measures:

Our work in aged care is underway and delivery of local services will commence in 2023.
