EMHSCA provides service coordination focused events each year that are free to attend and targeted for staff at all levels of health and community services across the Inner- and Outer- Eastern areas of Melbourne.
These events include:
Collaborative care Planning Workshops
Regional orientation events
Service and sector navigation forums
Psychosocial focused NDIS pathway forums
Complex needs workshops
These events aim to improve connections, knowledge and understanding between service providers, ultimately enhancing coordination of care and supports for people who experience mental ill-health and co-occurring issues.
