Co-design and development of integrated AOD services

EMPHN has undertaken a co-design process to develop integrated AOD services to meet the needs of the EMPHN catchment. The co-design process has been led by 360-Edge, Australia’s leading expert consultants in the alcohol and other drug sector. Three sources of information have been used to identify gaps and barriers including catchment data analysis, EMPHN needs analysis and the co-design workshops.

During this process, four workshops were held with people with lived experience and key stakeholders from the AOD, mental health and primary health sectors.

The results of a co-design process to identify AOD service opportunities in the Eastern Melbourne PHN catchment have been summarised and EMPHN is now seeking feedback on specific elements that will guide the next stages of the development and integration. Please click here to access the summary paper. Feedback can be provided by following this link.

The discussion paper is open for feedback until Friday 15 March at 5pm.

Your feedback is important to ensure that local AOD services are tailored and responsive to regional needs.
