Selby Family Clinic is looking for an office manager/receptionist who will guide their team in the delivery of excellent customer care, develop and promote a positive organisational culture, provide leadership and build a team environment.

As Office Manager of Selby Family Clinic you will be part of a group of 3 general practices that are managed by a very supportive Practice Principal and Practice Manager along with dedicated, long term doctors and staff in a family clinic environment. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the daily operations of the practice are delivered efficiently and effectively, support the reception team on a busy front desk, maintain rosters, assist with recruitment, manage risk and quality improvement including accreditation, and promote excellent customer service. The position is part-time (25-30 hours per week) with some flexibility in days/times. Formal leadership qualifications or the willingness to obtain them is preferred.
