Mount Waverley Clinic is seeking a motivated high level part-time Medical Receptionist / Office Manager to join our friendly and dedicated team. We are an accredited Family Medical Practice, providing a comprehensive range of GP and primary health services to the communities surrounding Mount Waverley and Glen Waverley since 1957.
Our aim is to provide high quality medical treatment in a caring environment to all of our patients. We are offering approximately 25 to 30 hours initially per week with additional hours from time to time when staff are on leave
This role will provide support to the Practice Manager as well as undertake general reception duties, with the primary responsibilities being:
- Assisting with accounts receivable and payable, medical reports and data input across systems. experience in Best Practice and Reckon is preferred but not mandatory;
- Office management tasks including stock control;
- General medical reception tasks including scheduling appointments and providing admin support to doctors in relation to patient needs. The successful candidate will enjoy a great working environment amongst a supportive and loyal team in a great location with parking available and public transport options nearby.
