Mount Medical Clinic - Nurse

Starting date : ASAP

Part-time - Monday to Friday / 9am - 5pm , 2-3 days.

Mount Medical Clinic are seeking a RN who is interested to work on a part time basis in a general practice clinic.

Your role will be:
- Provide nursing services, administering health promotion and preventative health programs
- Conducting accurate comprehensive assessment of individuals and groups presenting
- Assessing and developing chronic disease management care plans
- Using best available clinical care management
- Initiating and conducting comprehensive health maintenance and health promotion

Current registration with AHPRA and Experience working in a primary health setting/general practice clinic are essential.
