Eastern Melbourne PHN is seeking to understand the current needs of the allied health community. We encourage allied health practitioners, mental health and AOD practitioners, nurses, pharmacists ,and other health professionals to complete a 15-minute survey that will add the voices of allied health to our latest needs assessment of the region.
The survey focuses on what is driving demand, identifying issues in the referral process and providing context and insight into the issues we have previously identified. You will not be asked for your name and your response will be kept confidential.
