Dr Merlina Sulistio, palliative care physician, member of Cabrini’s Palliative and Supportive Care Team that provides an integrated service across Cabrini Health, caring for patients across all Cabrini sites and in the community.

Dr Patrick Tee, palliative care physician, consultant of Cabrini’s Palliative and Supportive Care Service that provides an integrated service across Cabrini Health, including, inpatient palliative care, a consult service, and an ambulatory clinic service in Cabrini Malvern, as well as care for community patients through the Cabrini Palliative Homecare team.

Ms Claire Scott, nurse unit manager, Cabrini Palliative Homecare. Nurse Unit Manager of Cabrini Palliative Home Care. Claire worked as an oncology nurse for 18 years prior to moving into the Palliative Care speciality 6 years ago. As Nurse Manager, Claire leads a team of 17 homecare nurses who deliver specialist palliative care in the community, including in patients own homes and aged care facilities.
