Eastern Palliative Care GP workshop series: Opioids in palliative care

The final session in our series will provide information about currently available opioids in Australia, their use in patients with palliative care needs in managing distressing symptoms of pain and dyspnoea and what guides our selection of opioids for individual patients. We will also cover the medicolegal aspects of opioid prescriptions.
