Opportunities for primary health staff's professional development and training

Education

As an authorised provider of accredited activities under the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) QI & CPD Program, we deliver quality education in collaboration with key stakeholders, for GPs, allied health professionals, practice nurses, practice managers and other practice staff, informed by national and local priorities.

Our education program is intrinsic to the capacity-building support provided to general practices. This is offered via face-to-face events and recorded webinars.

We lead the Eastern Melbourne GP Education Alliance, which is a collaboration with the six local hospital networks and GP training providers in EMPHN’s catchment. The Alliance facilitates cooperation between parties in the delivery of locally relevant, cost-efficient and effective GP education.

We are also the lead agency for development of a suite of practice education webinars, which are available on the Victorian PHN Alliance website.

Upcoming education opportunities can be viewed on our events page.

You can also register to receive our fortnightly events newsletter.
