Eastern Melbourne PHN is seeking to understand the current needs of general practice. We encourage general practitioners, practice nurses and practice managers to complete a 20-minute survey that will add the general practice voice to our latest needs assessment of the region.
The survey focuses on what is driving demand, identifying issues in the referral process and providing context and insight into the issues we have previously identified. Our aim is always to best support providers through our programs.
Participants will not be asked for their names and their responses will be kept confidential. However, they will have the opportunity to provide their name if they wish to be involved in innovations and projects.
We are mailing a copy of the survey to general practices this week. Alternatively, the survey can be completed electronically via Survey Monkey, to request a link to the survey, please email communications@emphn.org.au. The survey is open until close of business Monday 31 October 2016.
