Voluntary Assisted Dying

The Voluntary Assisted Dying Act 2017 (the Act) has been operating for just over three months now. 

Voluntary assisted dying is only for those who face an inevitable, imminent death as a result of incurable disease, illness or medical condition, and the Act is all about adding to the opportunities to reduce suffering in a compassionate and safe manner.
