EMPHN is releasing a tender to the market on Wednesday 25 July 2018 for Phase 3 of its new Mental Health Stepped Care Model.
We are seeking responses from suitably qualified providers to deliver a whole of model response for the entire inner-east area (local government areas of Boroondara, Whitehorse, Manningham and Monash) for service delivery planned to start on 14 January 2019.
