As part of continuous improvement at Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Network (EMPHN), we’re seeking perspectives from our stakeholders on your experiences engaging with us and your needs from your PHN.
This anonymous 10 minute survey closes on Sunday 22 November at 11.59pm and covers the themes of engagement and partnerships, strategy, collaboration, integration, service system transformation and commissioning.
Findings will be compared with previous surveys and interviews in which you may have participated.
