Eastern Melbourne PHN (EMPHN) along with the other metro PHNs (NWMPN and SEMPHN) have been directed by the Department of Health to commission Allied Health providers (Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Exercise Physiologists) to provide balanced and prescriptive group therapy programs in Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs) which experienced a lockdown as a result of a COVID-19 outbreak in 2020.
EMPHN will provide all necessary information, support and details of the prescriptive program, reporting and evaluation requirements to support the provider in program implementation and data collection. EOIs open at 12pm on 9 April via our eProcure portal and close at 5pm on 28 April 2021.
