As we re-adapt to Stage 3 restrictions, we’re well aware of our commissioned services experiencing a ‘roller coaster’ of service delivery challenges amidst the escalating COVID-19 crisis. Supporting staff wellbeing is paramount, which involves acknowledging any trauma, loss or distress they may be experiencing. Health workers, at the frontline, need our unwavering support, kindness and understanding of the hourly challenges they face. Continue to look out for one another and ensure that you extend care to yourselves just as you do for the community.
